Contingency/Database Recruitment
This is the most popular and well used type of recruitment methodology. We maintain a detailed and current database of key individuals from the knowledge and information management (KIM), records and archives and legal industries who are looking for new contract and permanent opportunities. In addition to our database we use our network of industry knowledge and work to REC guidelines therefore all of the information we hold is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act and is highly confidential.

Website
Our heavily marketed website attracts well qualified, professional and experienced candidates seeking to progress and develop their library and information careers. Candidates can access the most up to date selection of vacancies as well as other career and industry advice.

Advertising
As a matter of course we advertise creatively in a number of targeted industry publications. We can also help with specific or urgent staffing needs by organising and compiling a targeted advertising campaign in industry or national press with the required degree of confidentiality or publicity.

Executive Search
We are able to discuss and network confidentially with high profile individuals who have placed their details with us in order to be kept informed of opportunities and vacancies to suit their specific needs.

Candidate Shortlist
We present our shortlist in line with your brief. The presentation will be a uniform format and include a summary of information on each short-listed candidate.

Interviews
Weekes Gray candidates are our ambassadors so we ensure they are fully prepared. We will make sure they have all the information they require to support them through the interview process.

Feedback
We will seek qualitative feedback from you and deliver that to candidates you have met. We will also provide you with the candidate’s comments.
