Library Administrator – Part Time (20 hours per week) Ref: 1168
Market leading full service law firm require a Library Administrator on a part time basis to be situated in their Sheffield office. The role involves dealing with order requests, acquisitions, cataloguing, processing and distributions. Other duties will include annual stock and service audits, departmental projects and providing administration support to the Head of Department.
Successful candidates will be well presented and personable with a professional approach. You will be a confident communicator who can liaise with colleagues at all levels across the firm. You will be able to work flexibly and efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines.
This role would be ideal for someone looking for part time hours, who has excellent admin and IT skills to bring to a busy commercial environment. No library or legal qualifications necessary.
Duration – Permanent Part-Time (20 HPW)
Location – Sheffield
Salary – £15,000 to £17,000 p/a pro rata
